Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a lovely indoor pool. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones on my first stay. I'd recommend it!

great park views and walking distance to attractions

I really enjoyed my stay as the staff is friendly and the park system nearby is fantastic for leisurely strolls, making it easy to fit in some city exploration along with relaxation.

The pillows were nice.

I came home with bed bug bites all over my legs. The safety door down by my room didn't work and did not require a key card to get in and out of. In the morning when I turned on the lights, bugs scattered in the bathroom floor. I had to ring a bell at the check in counter to get any assistance. I would of felt safer if they had actually been someone there to monitor who went in and out of the facility.

The room had a large chair to sit in.also a frige and microwave.

Thay gave us fesh towels but didnt make the bed.

There were a few bugs that we had to kill. We had to wait a while for anyone at the desk. We had to ask for a 4th towel each day.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts I needed after a long day. I loved the mini-refrigerator for snacks and the coffee maker for my morning boost. The staff were very friendly.

The internet was a bit spotty.

No elevator. I have arthritis, so stairs were a very big problem. We were on the second floor.

I appreciated thevery comfy and tidy atmosphere, with cute staff who went out of their way to assist. The room was spacious and easy to navigate.

A wider breakfast selection would be beneficial.

Some of the rooms are being upgraded so there was a lil bit of black mold around the base of the wall in the bathroom other than that the room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly

The hotel room simply was not very clean. The bathroom was okay, but there were large dust bunnies and cobwebs on the walls, baseboards, even bedside lamp. Housekeeping was sporatic. Two days our basin, vanity area and mirror were not cleaned at all. One coffee mug for 2 in a king room. Had that problem on a previous stay so actually brought a second mug with me. Coffee maker and mug were not even rinsed, let alone cleaned. I would not stay again if there were an alternative in Streator.

The breakfast spread was solid, kicking off my day with tasty delights. Plus, the indoor pool area was a breath of fresh air after long days out on the town. Al's Place just down the street dished out some hearty local eats that hit the spot!

While the check-in could've been smoother and felt a mite messy, it didn't ruin the vibe. Just wish those cleaning crews would step it up next time!

Managers were very nice and accommodating. While there are many things that need to be worked on to make this place more appealing, the staff was very nice. The stay was quiet and the location was good for our purpose.

Heater did not work. Frig had mold on the bottom shelve. Bathrooms were not cleaned daily. Lamp shades in several of the rooms had broken shades. Phone did not work. Washing machine needs a good clean. Carpets in hallway need to be shampooed. Paint touch up throughout the hotel.
